About Tom Mercer

Tom Mercer was educated in water technology by three different water experts- all three were unique in the approach to modified formulations for water in bottles. They began experimentation with elemental hypercharging of water molecules around 1981 after 5 years of association with those experts.

In 1991, VEW water was invited to be a feature lecture on this new species of water at the International Forum On New Sciences Conference, Colorado State University, Ft. Collins Co. on Holistic application of vortical restructured water. Programs were also given at the Black Hills School of Mines and Technology earlier on the researches.

Tom now has the complete process for cold restructured water, and the building of a new, more perfect water for the entire retail bottled water industry.
